Simple 

Vanilla Buttercream

 


 Using simple ingredients to make
smooth and fluffy vanilla buttercream,
You can use this buttercream to
decorate cakes, cupcakes and cookies

 


Ingredients  


Unsalted butter(room temperature)  1 1/2 cups (330g)
Powdered sugar (Sifted) 3 cups (300g)
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
Milk or cream 1 to 3 tablespoons

 In a large bowl, 
whisk the butter with hand mixer on the medium high speed
for about 2-3 minutes until smooth
 

 

Add powdered sugar in batches ,
whisk with hand mixer on the low speed  
 

 

Add salt, vanilla extract and milk or cream,
whisk with hand mixer for about 4-5 minutes
until light and fluffy

*Add in additional milk or cream
for desired consistency
 

★★ How to Store Buttercream★★

Place the buttercream  in an airtight container,
and store buttercream in the fridge for up to 1 week,
and store in a freezer can be up to three months
Let the buttercream sit at room temperature for while before using
