Bread
This banana bread is very moist, soft and tender
with full of nuts in inside ,

Ingredients
For 23*13cm cake pan
All-purpose flour 1 1/2 cup (180g)
Baking powder 2 teaspoons
Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon
Unsalted butter(room temperature) 1/2 cup (100g)
Sugar 150g
Eggs 2
Plain yogurt 50ml
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Banana 2 (Total about 320g)
Nuts (chopped) 60g
Grease cake pan with butter,
or line with parchment paper in the bottom and the sides

Preheat oven to 180°C/ 350°F.
In a large bowl,
stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon powder ,
and set aside
In another bowl,
whisk the butter and sugar with hand mixer
on the high speed until pale and fluffy
Add eggs one by one at a time ,
whisk with hand mixer on medium speed
Add plain yogurt ,
And then add vanilla extract and mashed banana
mix well
Add flour ,
and whisk with hand mixer on low speed
until the cake batter is combined
Fold in nuts with a spatula until just combined,
don't over mix
Pour the cake batter into cake pan,
using a spatula smooth out
Bake at 180°C/350°F for 35-45minutes
until top is golden brown
and a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean

Place cake on a wire rack to cool for 5-10 minutes,
then remove cake from pan,
