Cream Puffs Made By Vegetable Oil





Cream Puffs 
Made By 
Vegetable Oil


Cream Puffs made by vegetable oil,
quick and easy to get ingredients at kitchen 


Ingredients 

Egg 2 
Vegetable Oil 50g 
Water 100ml
Flour 60g
Salt 1/5 teaspoon




 

All ingredients 

Preheat oven to 200C  (400F) 



 

Combine the water, vegetable oil and salt in a saucepan,
overheat until boil.



Add the flour and salt all at once time into pan




And cook over medium heat, stirring the whole time 
until the dough smooth 



Let the dough cool down for a while.
Touch dough if you don't feel hot
Add egg into dough for couple of times

 


until dough becomes smooth




Pipe the dough on to the baking sheet into 1.5 inch balls.

Dip your finger in water 
and slightly push down the little pointy parts or shape





200°C ( 400°F )bake 10 minutes
190°C ( 375°F )bake 10 minutes
180°C ( 350°F )bake 10 minutes or 
until golden brown color



After puffs cool down you can fill your favorite cream
