Matcha/ Green Tea Custard Cream

Ingredients
Milk 300g
Sugar 60g
vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Matcha/Green Tea Powder 10g
Egg 1
Flour 15g
Corn Starch 10g
Butter 20g
All Ingredients
A large bowl add an egg, flour, corn starch
In the saucepan add milk, sugar, vanilla extract, green tea powder
Mix well until boil....
Hot milk add to large bowl mix well with egg, flour, corn starch
Pour the entire mixture back into the pan
Until the micture begins to thicken into a pudding-like consistency
Add butter and mix well,
Cover a sheet of plastic wrap directly onto the custard cream
Put in the fridge to cool and serve it
