Pancake Mix + Pudding = Sponge Cake

Sponge Cake

This cake very easy and quick to make
Using pancake mix and pudding, 

even don't need electric mixer

Ingredient
For 23*13cm baking pan

Eggs    2
Sugar    80g
Pancake Mix    200g
Pudding   1 (70g)
Unsalted butter    80g 

Grease cake pan with butter,

 or line with parchment paper in the bottom and the sides 

Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.

  In a large bowl,  whisk the butter and sugar together

Add  pudding, pancake mix and eggs,

and mix well

Pour cake batter into cake pan

Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 30-35 minutes
or until top is golden brown
 

Place on a wire rack to cool
