Berry Loaf Cake Made By Rice Flour



Berry 
Loaf Cake
Made by Rice Flour


 This cake is made by rice flour,
 it's very fluffy, soft and moist,
and also is super easy to make


Ingredient
For 23*13cm baking pan


Sugar 100g
Egg 1
Milk 85g
Plain Yogurt 60g
Vegetable Oil 95g
Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon

Rice Flour 200g
Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
pinch of salt
Frozen Berry 70g 


 




Grease cake pan with butter,
 or line with parchment paper in the bottom and the sides 


Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.



 In a large bowl,  whisk sugar, egg, milk, yogurt,vegetable oil 
and vanilla extract all together until well combined.





In another bowl mix well rice flour, baking powder and salt


 Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients


 
 mix well until smooth





 Using a spatula fold berries into the batter


 Pour the batter into  cake pan 


Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 30-35 minutes
or until top is golden brown
 

 Remove cake  from pan and place on a wire rack to cool
