Japanese Okonomiyaki



Okonomiyaki

Easy to make Okonomiyaki 
at home





INGREDIENTS

Okonomiyaki Flour----- 250g 

Cabbage------300g (Optional)

Pork sliced----------10~12pc.

Egg-------------------- 2

Water-----------------250ml

Mayonnaise---------3tbsp

Okonomiyaki Sauce---3tbsp

Bonito----------------5g

Green Laver--------Few


** Not only Pork sliced, also can put some seafood...for example  shrimp, squid , it's very common in Japan.
 And also can put with Yakisoba ,, it's very common in Hiroshima.




                           

All ingredients 



A bowl add Okonomiyaki flour, egg and water
 

Mix together





Add Cabbage
 




mix well..



Add oil on the heat pan




Pour the batter into the frying pan......
Don't put too much batter or too few,
because easy to get burn or inside get raw

 


Add pork sliced on the top of batter....




Turn to other side until golden brown




Add Okonomiyaki Sauce...





Mayonnaise....




Add Bonito and Green Laver





It's done and ready to serve !!
