Cupcakes
Very fluffy and moist cupcakes
can bake with many kind of
cookies, chocolate chip, nuts...
and also your favorite buttercream frosting
Ingredients

For 12 cupcakes
All-purpose flour 180g
Baking powder 1 1/2 teaspoons
Unsalted butter 110g (melted)
Sugar 175g
Egg 1
Plain yogurt 65g
Milk 100g
Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
Cookies (optional)
**choose favorite cookies**
Grease cake pan with butter
or place liners in cupcake pan

Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F
Sift the flour and baking powder together,
and set aside
In a large bowl,
whisk sugar and melted butter together
Add egg, yogurt, milk, vanilla extract
mix all together until smooth
Add flour and whisk together until combined
Don't over mix
Filling cake batter into cupcake pan
Put cookies on the top of each cake batter
(Optional)
Can add any kind of cookies, chocolate chip....
Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 20-25 minutes
or until top is golden brown
